At Playbox we have a number of ways to pay. When booking online you can pay via paytrail which supports direct bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Mobile Pay. You can also pay on site via Sum Up, Mobile Pay. We also support employee benefits like Epassi, Eden Red, Zevoy and soon Smartum

  • Download MobilePay
  • Scan QR Code Or Open Mobile Pay (if installed).
  • Select Send
  • Search “Playbox Oy”
  • Select product Category e.g. Bowling Machine from the top menu
  • Select product e.g. Peak 30m Bowling Machine
  • Press + button and then Press Next
  • Swipe to Pay.

Mobile Pay – PLAYBOX ONSITE RESERVATIONS

  • Download MobilePay
  • Scan QR Code Or Open Mobile Pay (if installed).
  • Select Send
  • Search “Playbox onsite reservations”
  • Enter the amount to be paid
  • Enter Message (if required)
  • Press Next
  • Swipe to Pay.

Pay Using Your Employee Benefits

Epassi at Playbox

How to use at Playbox:

  1. Activate & download — Install the Epassi app and log in using the credentials sent by your company’s HR 
  2. Check your balance — In-app, select the “Wellness” wallet to view available funds.
  3. Book wellness sessions —
    • In the app, go to Wellness, search for Playbox
    • Pay via the app:
    • Message us so we issue coupon to make the booking on our systems.
  4. Exceeding balance? — Use “MyMoney” top-up or split payment when your benefit balance isn’t enough. Inform us of the remainder and pay using other payment methods e.g. mobile pay.

Edenred at Playbox

How to use at Playbox:

  1. Activate — Download the Edenred app (or add card to Apple/Google Pay) through the link sent by your HR team.
  2. Check your credit — Open the app to view sports balances .
  3. Booking partner events / classes — Pay at checkout using either:
    • The app via tap-to-pay
    • Physical/digital Edenred card
  4. Redeem culture/sports credits — Pay for gym, sports, events using the Sports/Culture wallet; you can reallocate funds via “MyChoice”.

Smartum at Playbox

How to use at Playbox:

  1. Activate — Click the activation link from your HR team, verify via online banking, and download SmartumPay app.
  2. View balances and locations — Use the app to see where you can spend: fitness.
  3. Pay for classes and services — When attending Playbox, open the app and scan the Smartum merchant QR or tap to pay.
  4. Stay updated — Watch in-app for weekly offers or special Playbox partner deals.

Zevoy at Playbox

How to use at Playbox:

  1. Card activated by your HR team — Zevoy virtual card will appear in the app
  2. Attend bookings & sessions — When attending Playbox-organised events, simply book using your  Zevoy payment card
